SupportNET is an opportunity for senior speakers from Defence Support, Defence Equipment & Support, Front Line Commands, Industry, Academia, and international partners to give perspectives on how the Defence Support Strategy and Support Advantage will be delivered.
This year the event was delivered entirely virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Interactivity was key at this event, as such we utilised two tools part of our platform to fulfil this:
Our exhibition tools, provided as part of our platform, enabled industry providers such as Fujitsu, Leidos, Oracle and many more to interact directly with attendees using their 'Virtual Stands'.
The virtual stands enabled each exhibitor to build up their private web space to include things such as: Video, downloadable content, FAQ's, links and more.
As part of the exhibition, the exhibitors were able to virtually welcome visitors to their stand, setup video calls, use instant messaging, broadcast mini-events and much more.
The meeting hub tool allows delegates (that have opted in) to connect virtually with other delegates, viewing their profile/bio, sharing contact details, and setting up 1:1 video meeting, interacting with instant messaging and more.
With 100's in attendance and lots of questions being asked of the panel, audience participation was exceptional.
Delegates informed us they particularly liked the use of the Meeting Hub and found it useful to be able to video call other delegates during breaks or after the event.
The exhibitors played a vital role in making the event a success by being present at their virtual stands and welcoming the many delegates offering 1:1 video meetings and providing downloadable content direct to the visitors.
