Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

At Amplitude Event Solutions Ltd, we are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and comply fully with the Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws in the UK.

This policy sets out our responsibilities, as well as those of anyone working for or on behalf of Amplitude, in preventing bribery and corruption. It provides guidance on recognising and reporting any potential breaches.

Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to:

All employees (permanent, fixed-term, and temporary).
Contractors, consultants, freelancers, and agents.
Any other persons associated with Amplitude Event Solutions Ltd.

What Is Bribery?
Bribery involves offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value as a means of influencing the actions of an individual or organisation. Examples of bribery include:

Offering money, gifts, or hospitality to gain a business advantage.
Accepting a benefit in exchange for awarding a contract.

Bribery is a criminal offence under the Bribery Act 2010 and can lead to severe penalties for both individuals and companies.

Policy Statement
Zero Tolerance
Amplitude Event Solutions Ltd prohibits:
The offering, giving, or promising of bribes.
The requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting of bribes.
Any facilitation payments (small unofficial payments made to secure or speed up a service).

Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate hospitality or gifts may be given or accepted, provided they comply with this policy and do not influence or appear to influence business decisions.
Gifts or hospitality above £50 must be approved by management and recorded in the Gifts and Hospitality Register.

Third Parties
All third parties acting on behalf of Amplitude are expected to adhere to the principles of this policy. Due diligence will be conducted before engaging with third parties.

Monitoring and Enforcement
The Compliance Officer is responsible for monitoring the implementation of this policy and reporting to the board.
Disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, will be taken against anyone found to be in breach of this policy.
Regular training will be provided to employees to ensure awareness of anti-bribery and corruption obligations.

Review of the Policy
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in the law or business practices.
